Tuhura Playground

One of the better setups in the area, this one actually has enough going on to keep kids of different ages busy without everyone crowding the same piece of equipment. The little ones head straight for the sandbox and swings while the older kids tend to claim the climbing structure or shoot hoops on the basketball court. Trails run right alongside it, so it’s easy to tack on a walk if the kids have energy to burn — which, let’s be honest, they always do. The shaded seating is a genuine bonus, especially in summer, and the open grass field means there’s room to just run around when the structured stuff loses its appeal.
