Constellation Park

If you’re in Beachlands and haven’t made it out to Constellation Park yet, get on that. It’s one of the newer playgrounds in the area and it shows — the climbing structures are genuinely good, not just a token frame bolted into the ground. The shade sails are well-positioned too, so parents can actually sit somewhere comfortable without losing sight of the kids. Little ones on balance bikes will be happy with the path that loops around the grass reserve, and there’s enough open space for older kids to just run around and do their thing. Quiet street, good shade, solid equipment — it’s become a regular stop for a lot of local families for good reason.
