Pacific Park

If you live on the Mount, you probably already know Pacific Park is one of the better ones in the area — and it’s had a decent upgrade recently that makes it worth the visit even if it’s not your closest option. The play setup covers all the basics well: slides, swings, a climbing structure, and a sandbox that younger kids absolutely go feral for. There’s also a bike and scooter track that keeps the older ones busy while parents actually get to sit down, which is a win. Shaded seating, picnic tables, and solid sightlines mean you can eat your lunch without losing track of anyone. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking — it’s the kind of spot you end up at more weekends than you planned.
