Rowesdale Drive Reserve

That giant hamster wheel is honestly the main reason anyone makes the trip out to this little Ohauiti reserve — kids and teens absolutely lose their minds over it, and fair enough, it’s a pretty unusual find for a neighbourhood park this size. Beyond that, you’ve got your standard slides, swings, and a merry-go-round covering the basics. The open grass field gives kids room to run around, and there’s a walking path if you want to stretch your legs while they burn off energy. It’s small, no question, but for families in the area it punches above its weight.
