Basketball Court

There’s a solid basketball court tucked into Orangapani Reserve that’s worth knowing about if you’re into hoops. The setup is decent — good hoop, proper court surface — and it sees a real mix of people using it, from kids just messing around to older players running pickup games. It’s the kind of spot where you can show up solo to work on your shot or roll through with a group and actually get a game going. Bay of Plenty doesn’t have a tonne of dedicated outdoor courts, so this one gets used.
