Playground

Kaikōura’s a pretty small town, so there aren’t a ton of options when the kids need to burn some energy — this playground fills that gap. It’s a decent spot to stop, especially if you’re passing through on the coastal drive and need a break from the car. Not the flashiest setup you’ll ever see, but it does the job. Worth keeping in mind if you’re spending a few days in the area.
