If you’re passing through Woodend and need somewhere to let the kids loose for a bit, this is a solid stop. The play train is genuinely the star of the show — little ones are obsessed with it — but the flying fox keeps the older kids busy too. There’s a merry-go-round, swings, and slides rounding things out, so even the toddlers have plenty to get into. The bike track and open grass make it just as useful for a proper ride-around as a quick break. Locals treat it as a bit of a default pitstop, and honestly, it earns that reputation.
