The playground itself is geared more toward the younger kids, toddlers especially, with swings that tend to keep the little ones happy while parents actually get to sit down and breathe. There’s a solid BBQ area, picnic tables, shaded seating, and public toilets nearby, so you can genuinely make an afternoon of it without having to pack everything including the kitchen sink.
