Big wooden structures are the main draw here, and honestly, kids go absolutely feral for them in the best way. It’s the kind of spot where a 5-year-old can decide that log is a pirate ship and nobody’s going to argue with them. Suits the 3 to 8 crowd well — old enough to scramble up independently, young enough to still think it’s magic. Invercargill doesn’t have a huge amount of dedicated nature play, so this one gets used.
