Waiau Cresent Playground

If you’re after somewhere low-key for a quick after-school run-around, this little spot on Waiau Crescent does the job. It’s got the classics — swings, a slide, and a seesaw — nothing fancy, but kids don’t always need fancy. The friendship swing is a nice touch, the kind where two kids sit facing each other, which my lot reckon is way more fun than a regular swing anyway. Small enough that you can actually keep an eye on everyone without losing your mind.
