Wonderland Castle

It’s been around for decades and honestly that’s part of the charm — this old castle structure in Invercargill has a certain worn-in character that newer playgrounds just can’t fake. Kids can work their way through the maze or tackle the slides, and the castle theme does most of the heavy lifting when it comes to keeping imaginations fired up. It’s not glossy or brand new, but Southland kids have been playing here for generations. If you’re after something with a bit of history and a design you won’t see replicated at every other park in the region, this one’s worth the stop.
