If you know, you know — this spot on the Hikuai river is one of those places locals quietly hope doesn’t get too popular. The water is cold and clear, and Frog Rock itself is basically a natural diving platform that the kids (and plenty of adults) can’t resist launching themselves off. There are picnic tables if you want to make a proper afternoon of it, which honestly you should. It’s the kind of place where you show up for a quick swim and end up staying three hours.
