Pop ‘n’ Good Playground

If you’re in Te Awamutu with kids in tow, Pop ‘n’ Good Playground is worth making time for. The themed design gives it a bit more personality than your average council playground, and whoever laid it out actually thought about separating the spaces so toddlers aren’t getting mowed down by older kids. There’s a solid mix of equipment — some older gear alongside newer pieces — which keeps things interesting for different ages. The small bike track is a real bonus if you’ve got a little one still figuring out how to ride without the training wheels.
