Rope Swing

If you know, you know — Flaxmill Bay’s rope swing is one of those spots that doesn’t show up on any official play trail but locals bring their kids here anyway. It’s a proper old-school setup, the kind where you actually have to pump your legs and commit. Kids aged 3 to 10 tend to lose their minds for it, and honestly the bay backdrop makes the whole thing feel a bit magical without trying too hard. Not wheelchair accessible, and there’s nothing fancy in the way of amenities, but that’s kind of the point.
