Shorland Park

Locals have been stoked about the upgrades here — the new equipment makes a real difference, and it shows. Right by the beach, so you can easily make a day of it: playground, then sand, then fire up one of the BBQs while the kids burn off whatever energy they’ve got left. There’s decent shaded seating if you need a break, plus picnic tables, benches, and restrooms, so you’re not roughing it. The open grass field gives older kids and adults room to kick a ball around, and honestly the setup works well for all ages.
