Playa Pública Ocean Park

Ocean Park is honestly one of the more low-key stretches of beach in San Juan — way less chaotic than Condado or Isla Verde, which is exactly why locals keep coming back. The parking situation is genuinely good here, right out front, which anyone who’s circled a San Juan beach for 45 minutes will tell you is not something to take for granted. It’s the kind of place you go when you want to actually hear the waves instead of a bluetooth speaker three towels over. Show up late afternoon and you’ll catch the sunset from a pretty solid angle — bring a cooler and take your time.
