Cottesloe Park punches above its weight for an urban green space in Aylesbury — the zip wire alone is enough to keep older kids occupied for a solid hour. There’s a solid wooden climbing structure with monkey bars and slides, swings for the younger ones, and a basketball court if the kids need somewhere to burn off extra energy. The layout is genuinely parent-friendly; you can sit at one of the picnic tables or benches and actually see the whole park without having to trail around after anyone. It works well for a casual family picnic too, with enough open grass to spread out properly. A reliable local spot that covers a lot of bases without any fuss.
