Abbots Vale Park

If you’ve got little ones and just need somewhere decent to let them burn off some energy, this spot in Barrow does the job nicely. The swings are a hit with the small kids, and there’s plenty of open grass to just run around on. There’s a football field too if older siblings tag along. Nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point — it’s a proper local park where you can actually relax while the kids do their thing.
