Lansdown North Playing Fields

Mostly known to locals whose kids play in the youth leagues, this spot on the edge of Bath is pretty no-frills but that’s kind of the point. It’s a proper grass pitch where actual football gets played, not just kicked about — organized games, muddy boots, the whole thing. Good open space for kids under 10 to run themselves ragged. If you’re after swings and slides this isn’t your place, but for a Saturday morning match it does the job nicely.
