The mining-themed play area is a genuine talking point — it fits the area’s history and gives it more character than your average swings-and-slide setup. Kids get a zipline, climbing structure, and slides, plus there’s a proper skate park for older ones who’ve aged out of the toddler stuff. The fenced section is good if you’ve got little ones who can’t be trusted near the skate park crowd, and the graffiti wall adds a bit of personality. Parking’s easy enough, and the open grass field means there’s room to just kick a ball about when the equipment gets busy.
