Ingleton Playground

Right next to the river, this little spot gets a lot of things right — the sandbox keeps younger kids busy for ages, and the tunnel always seems to pull in the ones who think they’ve grown out of playgrounds. It’s fully enclosed, which makes a real difference if you’ve got toddlers who like to make a break for it. The grass field gives older kids room to run around while parents actually get to sit down at the picnic tables and relax for five minutes. Whoever maintains it clearly takes pride in the place — it’s consistently tidy and well-kept, which isn’t something you can say about every playground round here.
