Soft play in Cheddar — not something you’d necessarily expect, but Ocean Adventurers pulls it off well. The climbing structure and slides keep older kids (up to 10) genuinely busy, while the baby and toddler area means you’re not constantly chasing little ones into places they shouldn’t be. The role-play village upstairs is a proper hit, and there’s a sensory area too if you’ve got younger ones who need something a bit calmer. Parents get decent sightlines throughout, which makes the café stop actually enjoyable rather than stressful. Parking’s easy, picnic tables are there if you need them, and it’s a solid shout for birthday parties if you want somewhere that does the hard work for you.
