Village Park

Honestly one of the nicer spots in Chippenham if you’ve got little ones under ten and just want a relaxed afternoon without the chaos. The swings and climbing structure are well-maintained — nothing fancy, but solid and clean, which counts for a lot. What really makes it worth the visit is the woodland walk right on the doorstep; kids who get bored of the play equipment can disappear into the trees for a bit while you follow the path at your own pace. There’s a proper grass field and a football pitch too, so bring a ball if your lot needs to burn off more energy. A genuinely quiet neighbourhood park that people around here clearly take care of.
