Mary MacArthur Gardens Car Park

Tucked behind the car park in Cradley Heath, this little park punches above its weight for a quick family outing. The big slide gets a lot of love from kids, and the spinning climbing frame is pretty much always occupied — fair warning if yours have no patience for queuing. Benches are well-positioned so grandparents can actually keep an eye on things without having to trail around after the little ones. It’s kept clean and tidy, which makes a real difference, and parking is right there so you’re not hauling everything halfway across town. Good for an hour out when you don’t want a big production of it.
