Elms Vale Recreation Ground

If you’re local to Dover and haven’t taken the kids to Elms Vale yet, you’re missing out. The playground has a solid setup — slides, swings, a tire swing, climbing structure, and a zipline that always seems to draw a crowd. Beyond the play area, there’s a basketball court, a football pitch, and a bike track, so older kids aren’t left kicking their heels. The walking path runs near the forest edge and the views across the surrounding area are genuinely worth the trip on their own. Chuck in the picnic tables, decent parking, and all that open grass and you’ve got a spot that works for a quick after-school run or a full Saturday out.
