If you’re looking for a solid all-in-one leisure spot in Egham, the Orbit does a decent job covering most bases — gym, swimming, yoga classes, basketball court, and a football pitch without having to trek into town. The gym kit is well-maintained and the staff are genuinely helpful, which isn’t always a given at places like this. Worth knowing: the spa side of things gets mixed reviews, so don’t make that the main reason you join. For the price though, it’s hard to argue — families, solo gym-goers, and people after a regular swim all seem to get good use out of it. Parking’s easy and there are loos on site, so it works well as a proper local fitness hub rather than just somewhere you visit once.
