Kimberley Park Playground

Locals know Kimberley Park is one of Falmouth’s better spots for a proper afternoon out with little ones. There are two separate play areas, which is genuinely useful — the toddler zone keeps the tiny ones from getting steamrolled by older kids, and the sandpit usually keeps everyone occupied longer than expected. The whole thing is enclosed, there’s shade from some seriously good trees, and the toilets are actually decent, which matters more than people admit. You’ve got the open grass for a kickabout or a picnic, a walking path that loops nicely, and the pond nearby gives it that proper park feel. For under-10s in this part of Cornwall, it’s hard to beat on a dry day.
