Childrens playground

Perched at the top of a hill in Fowey, this little playground punches above its weight for such a small town. The pirate ship is the star of the show — kids go absolutely mad for it — and there are slides, swings, and tunnels to keep them busy once they’ve conquered it. Everything’s fenced off, which is a genuine relief when you’ve got toddlers who think road safety is optional. The equipment is well kept, and the open grass field beyond it gives older ones room to burn off energy without getting under each other’s feet. Parking nearby makes the steep climb up to it a lot more manageable.
