Bidbury Mead Rec Play Area

The zip wire is honestly the main event here — kids queue up for it and it’s one of the better ones in the Havant area. The whole play area got a recent refurb, so everything feels fresh and well-maintained rather than the usual tired equipment you see at local recs. There’s a decent stretch of open grass alongside it, good for a kickabout or just letting younger ones run off some energy. Toilets are actually open during the day which, if you’re a parent, you’ll know is not something to take for granted. Parking’s available too, and with shops nearby it’s an easy one to fold into a longer outing.
