Rowlestone Farm Ice Cream

If you’re anywhere near Hereford and haven’t made it out to Rowlestone yet, you’re genuinely missing one of the better family afternoons this part of the county has to offer. The playground keeps kids busy with a solid climbing structure, swings, slides, and a zipline that runs through the woodland — that last one tends to be the highlight for anyone aged about five and up. Shade trees mean it’s actually bearable on a warm day, and parents can keep an eye on everything without having to hover. Factor in the farm animals and a walking path into the forest, and you’ve got enough to fill a few hours easily. Then there’s the ice cream, which is the real reason half the locals keep coming back — proper homemade stuff, proper flavours, worth every penny.
