Woolacombe Zip Wire

If you’re anywhere near Ilfracombe, this place is worth the trip. The zip wire is the main draw and it genuinely delivers — kids from 3 up can have a go, and the staff are the kind of people who actually seem to enjoy their jobs. There’s also a bike track on site, which keeps the older ones busy while younger siblings work up the courage for another run. Don’t leave without stopping at the farm shop — proper coffee, cake, and the kind of local produce that makes you wish you’d brought a bigger bag. For what you pay, it’s hard to beat as a half-day out.
