The zipline tends to be the first thing they make a beeline for, and the slides and swings keep younger ones happily occupied once the queue gets competitive. There’s a seesaw too, which you don’t see as often as you used to. Benches mean you can actually sit down and drink a coffee in peace — the surrounding neighbourhood is genuinely quiet, which makes a difference. Parking’s right there, so no dragging reluctant four-year-olds halfway across town to get to it.
