Kent’s best kept secret, honestly. The reservoir itself is massive and the views across the water from the play area are the kind that make you forget you were just mediating a sibling argument over who gets the slide first. Kids have climbing structures and a water feature to keep them busy while adults claim one of the shaded benches and actually relax for once. The bike track and walking paths mean you can make a proper day of it — bring the dog, pack a lunch, use the picnic tables. Parking and clean restrooms take the stress out of it, which around here is never a given.
