A solid little local park that does exactly what it needs to for the under-7s — slides, swings, a seesaw, and a climbing structure that keeps younger kids busy without being overwhelming. It’s genuinely quiet here, tucked into the neighbourhood away from main roads, so you get that rare thing: a relaxed afternoon without much hassle. The open grass field is great for letting kids run off steam while dog walkers do their laps on the path. Parking’s available nearby, which makes it easy enough to get to. Nothing flashy, but if you live in this part of Leicester and have a toddler or reception-age kid, you’ll probably end up here more than you expect.
