Locals round here know this one’s a solid all-rounder — decent basketball court, a proper soccer field with goals, and enough open grass to just let kids run. The play kit covers the basics well: swings, slides, and a roundabout that the younger ones absolutely will not leave alone. It’s one of those parks that actually gets looked after, which you notice straight away — no broken gear, no mess. The gated entrance onto the road is a nice touch if you’ve got little ones who don’t think before they bolt. Good for anywhere from toddlers up to about 14, and there are shops close enough to grab something when someone inevitably gets hungry.
