One of those quietly useful village green spaces that locals know about but rarely talk up too much. It’s right in Orleton, which puts you within easy reach of both The Maidenhead and The Boot Inn — handy if the kids need running off steam before you settle in for a pint. The ground is wheelchair accessible, which is genuinely good to see in a village this size. Not flashy, but it does the job for families passing through the Ludlow area or just looking for a bit of fresh air without driving anywhere complicated.
