If you’ve got kids of different ages, this place actually works for all of them — which is rarer than you’d think. The play area is a decent size, properly fenced in, and has soft ground underfoot so the little ones can throw themselves around without you having a heart attack. There’s a big open grass field alongside it, good for a kickaround or just letting older kids burn off some energy while you watch from the car park. Mablethorpe’s not exactly overflowing with options, so locals tend to make good use of this one.
