Right in Middlesbrough, Stewart Park is one of those spots that actually delivers on what a proper day out should look like. The play area has slides, swings, and a climbing structure that keeps kids of all ages busy long enough for you to actually sit down on one of the benches and breathe. Shade trees make a real difference on warmer days, and the open grass field gives older kids room to properly run about. You’ll likely spot some wildlife around the grounds too — it’s that kind of park. Genuinely well-kept, which isn’t something you can say about every green space round here.
