The climbing structure keeps kids busy while adults can actually relax — there’s proper open grass around, so little ones have room to run off in every direction. Caldecotte Lake is right there on your doorstep, which makes the whole thing feel less like a trip to a playground and more like a proper outing. Parking’s free and easy, so you’re not fafffing around before you’ve even got started. Good for anywhere from toddlers up to about 11 or 12, and the walking path means you can stretch your legs once the kids have worn themselves out.
