There’s a proper climbing structure here that keeps the little ones busy without being overwhelming — it’s genuinely one of the more toddler-friendly setups in this part of Oxford. The neighbourhood is quiet enough that you can actually relax while the kids play, which isn’t something you can say about every park in the city. A soccer field and open grass sit right alongside, so older kids or dads who can’t help themselves have somewhere to run about. Parking is straightforward, and the proximity to the canal means a decent walk afterwards is basically built into the visit. Good spot if calm is what you’re after.
