Radwinter Recreation Ground

If you’re local to Saffron Walden and haven’t been to Radwinter Rec lately, it’s worth a visit. The zip line is genuinely one of the better ones in the area — kids queue for it, which tells you everything. There’s also a solid climbing structure, a basketball and football enclosure that actually gets used, and a bike track that younger ones seem to love going round in circles on. It’s a quiet spot, well away from the road and car park, and noticeably clean compared to a lot of similar sites.
