Lower Bemerton Play Area

If you’re local to Salisbury and haven’t taken the kids down to Lower Bemerton yet, you’re missing out. There’s a solid little play area with slides and swings, plus a water feature that toddlers absolutely lose their minds over — in the best way. The open grass and football pitch mean older kids aren’t just standing around waiting their turn on the equipment, and the picnic tables get genuinely busy on decent days for good reason. A pond sits nearby which adds a nice bit of nature to what is otherwise a pretty urban spot. Parking and loos on site make it the kind of place you can actually stay at for a few hours without stress.
