Scarborough Play Park

If you’ve been up to the castle, this is a solid stop on the way back down — the views over town are genuinely worth lingering for. The play equipment is proper old-school stuff: swings, a merry-go-round, seesaw, tire swing, and a climbing structure that kids actually want to use. The slide built into the hillside is the real draw though, the kind you don’t see much anymore. Nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point.
