Settle Playground

Good shade cover makes this one genuinely usable on a hot summer day, which isn’t something you can say about every playground in the Dales. The enclosed layout means younger kids can’t just wander off, so parents actually get to relax a bit. There’s a bike track too, which keeps older ones busy when they’ve exhausted the main play equipment. Being right near the supermarket is handy if you need to grab snacks or you’ve just done a big shop and want to let the kids burn off some energy before the drive home.
