Dore Recreation Ground Playground

Dore’s little rec ground is one of those spots that just works well for the under-10 crowd — fenced in properly, so you’re not constantly chasing kids toward the road. There’s a solid mix of kit inside: swings, a slide, climbing frame, seesaw, and a merry-go-round that always seems to have a queue. The open grass field beyond the playground is genuinely useful, plenty of room for a kickabout or just letting them burn off steam. Parking’s straightforward too, which makes a real difference when you’ve got little ones in tow.
