Graves Park Rose Garden Playground

Right next to the rose garden and a short walk from the duck pond, this is one of Sheffield’s better playgrounds for keeping kids of all ages entertained in one go. The zipline is the obvious crowd-pleaser, but the sandbox buys you a solid chunk of time with the younger ones while the older kids work through the climbing frame and slides. Picnic tables mean you can actually sit down properly, and the cafe being so close is genuinely useful rather than just a nice-to-have. Parking is straightforward, the open grass field gives kids room to properly run around, and on a decent day this place fills up fast — so go early if you can.
