Kingston Buci Children and Family Centre

One of the more practical spots for young families in Shoreham, this centre has clearly been set up by people who actually thought about what parents need. The enclosed play area keeps the under-8s contained while you breathe for a minute — there’s good sightlines throughout, so you’re not constantly chasing. Kids get slides, swings, a climbing structure, and a sandbox, which is usually enough to burn an hour without complaints. Shaded seating, picnic tables, and shade trees mean you’re not standing in the sun the whole time, and the baby changing station and parking take a bit of the stress out of getting there with little ones in tow.
