Wainfleet St Mary’s Playground

If you’re already out walking the river path, this little playground makes a decent enough reason to slow down and let the kids burn off some energy. The setting does a lot of the heavy lifting — you’ve got the trails nearby and that village backdrop that honestly looks like someone built it for a period drama. It’s one of those spots where the grown-ups probably enjoy it as much as the children, just for different reasons. Worth timing it around a longer riverside walk rather than making it a standalone trip.
