If you’re local to Stockport and haven’t taken the kids here yet, you’re genuinely missing out. The playground has slides, a climbing structure, and a zipline that the under-10s absolutely lose their minds over — and that’s before they’ve even got to the animals. Staff (shout out to Heidi and Grace, who are consistently brilliant) make the whole thing feel relaxed rather than chaotic. There’s shaded seating and picnic tables if you want to actually sit down for five minutes, and parking means you’re not circling the streets. Keep an eye on their events calendar too — the Christmas and foam party days book up fast for good reason.
