Meir Park is one of those spots that doesn’t try too hard but gets the job done. The open grass field is genuinely spacious — enough room for a proper kickabout or just letting the dog burn off some energy without feeling cramped. It’s a quiet part of Stoke that a lot of outsiders don’t know about, which honestly keeps it nicer. The play equipment is simple but well-maintained, nothing fancy, but that suits the relaxed pace of the place just fine.
